At Bridal on Main, we want the ordering process to feel exciting, clear, and stress-free. Because bridal merchandise is often made or ordered specifically for each customer, please review the following policies before placing an order.

By placing an order or submitting a deposit with Bridal on Main, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below.

Production and shipping timelines are determined by the manufacturer and cannot be guaranteed by Bridal on Main. Any estimated arrival date we provide is an estimate only and may change.

Bridal on Main is not responsible for delays caused by manufacturers, shipping carriers, customs, weather, labor shortages, natural disasters, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Customizations, special requests, and rush orders may be subject to additional manufacturer fees.

Please also keep in mind that manufacturer dye lots may vary slightly. Minor differences in color, fabric, lace placement, beading, or other design details are normal and are not considered defects.

Bridal gowns and other formalwear are not made according to your individual body measurements unless specifically stated by the manufacturer. Merchandise is ordered according to the manufacturer’s size chart using the measurements taken at the time of purchase.

Bridal sizing often differs from everyday clothing sizes. The size we recommend is based on the designer’s size chart, not the size you typically wear.

Because body measurements can change after an order is placed, Bridal on Main cannot guarantee the fit of a garment when it arrives.

Alterations are almost always necessary and are not included in the purchase price unless otherwise stated.

Bridal on Main is not responsible for alteration costs related to weight loss, weight gain, pregnancy, body changes, or other changes in measurements after an order has been placed.

If you choose to order a size different from the size recommended by Bridal on Main, you accept responsibility for that decision and for any resulting fit concerns or alteration costs.

A minimum 50% non-refundable deposit is required before an order will be submitted to the manufacturer.

Once an order has been placed with the manufacturer, it cannot be changed or canceled.

The remaining balance is due when the merchandise arrives at Bridal on Main, regardless of the date your pickup appointment is scheduled.

We accept cash and major credit/debit cards. Personal checks are not accepted for final payment.

Because bridal merchandise is special-order in nature, all sales are final.

Once an order has been submitted to the manufacturer, we cannot accept cancellations, returns, refunds, exchanges, or changes.

If your wedding or event is canceled, postponed, or otherwise changed, you are still responsible for the full purchase price of your merchandise.

Take-home and off-the-rack dresses are sold as is and all sales are final.

We ask that you inspect the dress before taking it home. Once the dress leaves Bridal on Main, it is considered accepted in its current condition.

Bridal on Main is not responsible for alterations, cleaning, repairs, stains, damage, or other concerns after a take-home dress leaves the store.

When your merchandise arrives, we will contact you using the information provided at the time of purchase.

We ask that you respond within 48 hours and schedule your pickup appointment within 14 days of notification.

Any remaining balance is due upon arrival of the merchandise, even if your pickup appointment is scheduled for a later date.

Merchandise that is not picked up within 14 days may be subject to a $20 per week storage fee.

If merchandise remains unpaid or unclaimed for 90 days after notification and we have received no communication from you, Bridal on Main reserves the right to consider the merchandise abandoned. Abandoned merchandise may be resold or otherwise disposed of without refund.

Customers are responsible for inspecting their merchandise at pickup.

Once merchandise has been accepted and removed from Bridal on Main, we are not responsible for stains, tears, runs, missing embellishments, fit concerns, damage, or other issues that occur after it leaves the store.

Alterations are separate from the purchase of your merchandise unless otherwise stated.

Bridal on Main is not responsible for work performed by independent seamstresses, tailors, cleaners, or other outside service providers.

From time to time, Bridal on Main may photograph or record moments during appointments, fittings, events, or celebrations.

When permission is provided, photographs or videos may be used for Bridal on Main marketing and promotional purposes, including our website, social media, advertising, and other business materials.

Participation is always voluntary. You may decline photography or promotional use, and doing so will not affect your appointment or purchase.

By submitting a deposit, placing an order, or purchasing merchandise from Bridal on Main, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

For special-order merchandise, payment of your deposit authorizes Bridal on Main to place your order with the manufacturer.
