Orders:

Manufacturers do not provide exact shipping dates, so Bridal on Main is unable to specify an exact delivery date.

Bridal on Main is not responsible for delays beyond our control.

Manufacturers may have an additional charge for custom changes or rush orders

Measurements: 

Dresses are not tailored to precise measurements. Sizes are selected based on the manufacturer’s size chart that fits your figure most closely. Bridal on Main is not liable to cover any extra costs for changes in size or measurements. Sizes ordered that deviate from recommendations by stylists at Bridal on Main may not fit as intended, and Bridal on Main cannot take responsibility for such orders.

Alterations are not included in the price of your dress.

Order Pickup Policy:

By placing this order, the customer agrees to respond promptly and schedule a pickup appointment within 14 days once notified by Bridal on Main that their merchandise has arrived.

Bridal on Main is not responsible for orders left unclaimed beyond 14 days from the notification of arrival at our shop.

Bridal on Main reserves the right to charge a storage fee of $20 per week for every week that items remain unclaimed beyond the initial scheduled pick-up date. 

Cancellation & Return Policy:

Due to the unique nature of this order, all sales are final. Cancellations, returns, changes, or exchanges cannot be accommodated. In the unlikelihood of an event cancellation, customer will still be responsible for the remaining balance and for collecting their merchandise within 14 days once notified by Bridal on Main. 

Payment:

A minimum deposit of 50% is required to process all orders. Once the order is placed, no changes can be accepted. 

Final balances are due upon merchandise arrival. 

Personal checks are not permitted for final payment. The accepted payment methods include cash or card. 

Liability Waiver:

Bridal on Main is not responsible for merchandise left 14 days from merchandise arrival date.

Bridal on Main is not liable for merchandise after it is inspected and leaves our store including but not limited to runs, stains, any damage, or sizing concerns.

The customer agrees that after giving inspection of the gown, they waive the right to make any claims regarding fit, design, color or quality of the dress. 

Authorization for Promotional Use:

Customer authorizes Bridal on Main to use images captured for promotional purposes, understanding that these images may be shared in various marketing formats. 

Customer agrees and acknowledges these Terms and Conditions and agrees a down payment authorizes order with or without a signature.
